Because it works. I've done it. I've witnessed it.

Healing is not a concept I learned in a classroom. It's something I have lived, watched, and felt change people from the inside out.

It frees you from what you inherited, from what was done to you, from the stories you didn't choose but carried anyway. And when one person heals , truly heals , it ripples outward. That's how we advance the consciousness of the world. That is why I do this work.

My path into this field was shaped by real rooms: school hallways, foster care placements, families doing their absolute best with what they had and what they knew. I saw children holding pain that belonged to generations before them. I saw adults performing strength while quietly falling apart. And I kept showing up, because I knew something better was possible. Not just surviving. Thriving. Expanding. Becoming.

"My people know how to endure. But endurance was never supposed to be the ceiling, it was always meant to be the floor."

That is the thread that runs through everything I do. Whether I'm working with a high-achieving adult who's exhausted from carrying everyone else, a couple trying to find their way back to each other, a child learning to name what they feel for the first time, or a clinician deepening their own practice, the invitation is always the same: there is more available to you than what you've been living.

I bring my full self to this work, my training, my lived experience, my cultural roots, and my deep belief that healing is not a luxury. It is how we reclaim ourselves. It is how we show up differently for the people we love. It is, I believe, one of the most radical things a person can do.
